I’m fully vaccinated against COVID-19. I am so thankful for the opportunity to be vaccinated and help keep my community healthy. This vaccine gives me the peace of mind that I am doing everything I can do to keep my clients, their babies, and myself safe during this unprecedented pandemic. It also gives me hope!

I will continue to follow all current CDC recommended guidelines. I take your health and safety (and my own) very seriously! If you would like me to wear a mask, just ask! I want you to feel comfortable and confident.

Most hospitals and birthing centers are now allowing doulas again, so I will be primarily providing in-person doula support at this time. Virtual options can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
